Innovations THAT GARNERED GLOBAL INTEREST
Business Process Centric Software Approach: This is a holistic approach that brings together business process and business software. In several projects executed for global companies, this approach has helped software teams deliver process innovations alongside process-centric applications. Related articles have been published at Columbia Business School website and at BPTrend.com.
Business Process Centric User Interface Design: Used in several dozen projects executed for North American and European companies, this method views the user interface as business process. Dramatic user productivity and business process improvements (at software level) are common outcomes from this method. Pradeep institutionalized this method at Cognizant Technology Solutions through a Change initiative (one of the reasons for company's fast growth)
Software Usability Driven Technical Writing: An integrated method for technical writing, driven by software usability improvement as the goal. First introduced through Pradeep's 90s book, the idea is now standard practice in the US.
