• BT practice

  Brings together software and business process and, by making all business activities transparent, enables the creation of an integrated and improved architecture that can deliver higher-impact business results. Columbia Business School website has published a BT related article by Henry.

• Business process centric user interface design (PCD)

  Used in several dozen projects executed for US/European companies, this method views the user interface as business process. Dramatic user productivity and business process improvements (at software level) are therefore common outcomes from this method. Henry institutionalized this method at Cognizant Technology Solutions through a Change initiative. Click here to download a free PCD article.

• Software usability driven technical writing

  An integrated approach for technical writing where the overall objective is "improved software usability." First introduced through Henry's 90s book, the idea is now common. Read about Henry's book here.
