• Software Usability Driven Technical Writing: This method helps integrate and develop all user-related textual elements including user interface labels, application messages, and user assistance materials like online Help. The driving quality objective is: Improved software usability. Evidence: Pradeep's 90s book published by Artech House, USA. IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication (Vol. 44, No. 2, June 2001, Page 155) reviewed the book and concluded, "Henry has provided a generally useful resource, when placed in the right hands, for technical communicators and their colleagues."
